Marketing Surveys Results

Marketing research presented below are based on visitor surveys that are regularly conducted since 2010. In 2010 tourists were interviewed by professional agency “Sotsioinform”. In August - September 2011 “Lviv Tourism Development Center” Lviv non-commercial communal enterprise conducted a survey of tourists who stay in the city hostels. Since 2011 surveys are conducted by the Center for Public Opinion Research of “Institute of the City” Communal institution.

The purpose of surveys is profiling of tourists and identifying their buying behavior in order to make informed decisions.

The surveys were implemented at the main tourist places of interest, particularly at the airport, stations, accommodation establishments and different tourist attractions.
